We are so happy with our new home. My family would like to thank you for all the time and hard work you did for us. It is hard to put into words that can best say how we feel. We went to different Realtors and none of them wanted to deal with us because of our IRS payments and creditors. You said you can help with anything going on and you did. The team you work with is great also. You even worked around our crazy schedules. We are so lucky to have met you in the open house. Dave, I contacted the loan modification specialist that you work with. He said all the right things, no hype, and with fees of $1995.00 payable only after an acceptable mod is done, they are playing by the rules. I would not be afraid to refer them and try them out.
